Every time I do a project on the farm like beekeeping I think about making a blog post. This time, tho a bit late, I did.

I have really missed you. Yes, my blog readers I have missed you.

Perhaps you have even forgotten that I have a blog. That would be understandable. It’s been many months since getting on here and sharing my thoughts with you.

Life has tossed us some challenges over the last year or so. We’ve been overwhelmed with caring for Luke, our special needs son, along with a number of other family challenges. Thank you for sticking with me and giving me grace during this time.

It’s hot in South Texas. It’s even hotter when you have to wear a jacket to go work in the sun. This ventilated jacket was a good purchase.

USE A SCYTHE – Bees HATE MOWERS In The Bee Yard Around Beehives

Some people claim that their bees are not negatively affected by the sound of lawn equipment. Well, they are the lucky ones. My bees are. They especially do not like the sound of the string trimmer. This older technology makes for a more pleasant weed clearing party.
